The Injection Molding Technician installs, sets up, processes, and troubleshoots injection molding machines to maximize production efficiency and maintain consistent product quality. This role operates and adjusts auxiliary equipment and robotic systems, performs job changeovers, and follows detailed work instructions, specifications, work orders, and production documentation to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing. The technician identifies and resolves process and quality issues, verifies bills of materials, records downtime and scrap, and implements proper material and product containment procedures. Using precision measuring instruments and production tools, the technician communicates tooling and equipment concerns through established work order systems, supports continuous production improvement, and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all safety policies...
