Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Perform monthly and annual mold maintenance.
2. Disassemble and assemble molds.
3. Maintain mold performance in accordance with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
4. Modify molds as necessary.
5. Be proficient in electric arc welding and TIG welding.
6. Be capable of polishing molds.
7. Perform mold maintenance according to established schedules.
8. Be willing to report to work immediately to repair molds in the event of damage.
9. Lead pre-shift meetings.
10. Be willing to work both collaboratively and independently.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in mold repair or mold manufacturing.
