Position Summary
In your role as a Module Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integration of a select group of steps within FEOL, MOL or BEOL Module for all Tech Nodes produced at Samsung Austin Semiconductor (SAS).In your role within the Yield Enhancement organization, you will own all module related aspects of these steps - Primary focus will be deriving solutions for Technology Systematics, driving module process enhancements to improve yield, quality and cost competitiveness of products produced at Samsung Austin Semiconductor.
