Minimum 7 years of experience in Global Mobility, Relocation Services, International HR, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing international assignments and employee mobility programs.
Strong experience in end-to-end international assignment management, including short-term assignments, long-term assignments, permanent transfers, and international remote work arrangements.
Experience working within outsourced mobility models and managing relationships with external mobility vendors and service providers is preferred.
Solid understanding of global mobility compliance requirements, particularly within Europe, including Posted Worker Directive (PWD), A1 applications, Certificates of Coverage (CoC), immigration coordination, social security considerations, and assignment-related payroll implications.
