Job Description
The Mobile Facilities Technician will play a key role in maintaining the operational integrity and safety of designated locations, supporting the customer service experience across multiple BC Hydro and Black & McDonald sites between Mackenzie to Fort St John and Fort Nelson. This position is responsible for attending service calls, conducting building inspections, initiating corrective work orders, performing light preventive maintenance, and coordinating with external service providers (Suppliers). The technician acts as a liaison between Black & McDonald and BC Hydro District Office Managers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of facilities-related issues using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
