We are looking for an individual who can ensure full delivery to client SLAs through strong contract knowledge, flexibility, and attention to detail.

The role requires regional travel and a proactive approach to supporting cleaning operations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across sites within remit
  • Respond to Sector Manager requests as required
  • Complete periodic cleaning in line with client specifications and schedules to 100%
  • Adhere to client-specific security procedures and policies at all times
  • Maintain professional relationships with employer representatives and company personnel
  • Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures across all contracts
  • Record every site visit in the communications book and use T&A for each visit
