Equans are looking for a Mobile Fabric Technician / Relief Janitor to join our Team in North Lanarkshire Schools, Bellshill ML4 3LR on a permanent basis. This is a full- time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30, - £ 31, depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 

Monday - Friday 12pm - 20.00pm

Full Driving license is required 

Use of own vehicle (expenses paid)

What will you deliver?

The position is part of an on-site team of Mechanical & Electrical technicians, Plumbers and Joiners who deliver the Hard FM servicing & maintenance within the North Lanarkshire High Schools contract.

Assist with and conduct the delivery of Planned & Reactive maintenance relating to a wide variety of Fabric assets across school estate which also includes External works.
