Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional for a critical facilities operations role. Our team values technical expertise and hands-on skills to ensure building systems operate at optimal performance across multiple locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to meet applicable standards at various facilities.
  • Travel between assigned facilities to ensure the functionality and compliance of building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain responsibility for preventative maintenance, inventory control, procurement, and oversight of contracted maintenance activities.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, recognize hazards, and suggest improvements to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
