We are looking for a professional engineer with strong technical ability, excellent fault-finding skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery.

You will also support wider building services tasks, maintaining compliance, safety standards, and operational performance across all equipment within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver electrical PPM, reactive, and proactive maintenance tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Undertake additional building services maintenance including fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related duties.
  • Provide callout response as required on the agreed callout rota.
  • Carry out contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work.
  • Ensure all electrical equipment operates to required performance standards.
  • Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in line with company and client standards.
