Position: Crew Chief/Lead Mitigation Technician
Reports To: Mitigation Manager

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
Lead a team of two or more to perform of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Perform inspections, scoping, secure customer commitment, and set up incoming jobs
Thoroughly document all work done to support job scope
Reports To: Mitigation Manager
