+ BAE Systems has a program to provide a wide range of support services the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The Mission Planning Analyst translates program requirements into actionable range support plans and official technical documentation. This role support the development of program presentations and briefings, test plans, countdowns, technical reports, Statements of Capability, Program Support Plans and Operations Directives.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
+ Experience in Range Operations or Test & Evaluation (T&E) planning.
+ Proficiency in MS Project or similar Gantt chart scheduling software.
+ Experience in resource management.
+ Experience drafting DoD technical manuals or operational guides.
