Job Description
The Opportunity As a key leader in our firm, you will oversee multiple active projects through design, complex approvals, and construction. You will report to the Principal and Associates and help mentor and lead a talented team of designers and co‑op students.
Location: Downtown Toronto (Office‑based 4 days per week + flexible Fridays)
What You’ll Do
Drive Innovation: Manage and design small to medium‑scale residential projects that challenge traditional zoning.
Lead Teams: Coordinate consultants, manage clients, and mentor staff in a highly collaborative environment.
Shape the Firm: Contribute to and develop our internal office infrastructure and production standards.
Navigate Approvals: Utilize your deep knowledge of Toronto’s zoning bylaws to secure minor variance and housing approvals.
