Job Description
Reporting to the Technology Support Manager, the Mining Technology Implementation Specialist will provide expertise and ongoing technical support to assist the support and operations teams and customers on the installation and operation of Caterpillar® Mining and Construction software and hardware technologies.
The primary function of the Mining Technology Implementation Specialist is to provide ongoing technical support to end-users and customers, as well as mentoring coworkers on the use and operation of Mining software and hardware technologies.
