:Reporting to the Mine Training Supervisor, you will be part of the Mine Operations Department. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining heavy equipment and mine operations training programs; providing effective in-field and classroom-based instruction and assessments. You will ensure that department goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Provide in-field and classroom-based instruction in accordance with the master training matrix and progression plans;
Administer testing material to evaluate competency levels in both theoretical and practical applications;
Assist trainees by providing on-going mentoring to attain higher levels of competencies and skill sets;
