Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Mine Overseer to join their mining company based in Limpopo. You will be responsible for leading underground mining operations by ensuring safe, efficient and compliant production while driving operational performance, team leadership and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage underground mining operations to ensure safe, efficient and productive performance.
- Coordinate daily, short- and medium-term production activities in line with operational plans.
- Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act, company standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor and optimise production, equipment utilisation and operational performance.
