Minimum Qualifications

• Blasting Certificate
• Mine Overseer Certificate
• National Senior Certificate or Grade 12

Requirements

• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• At least 5 year experience as a Producation Supervisor (Graduates minimum 2 years)

Advantageous Qualifications

• NQF 7 (Degree) in Mining Engineering
• NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) in Mining Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Mining Risk Management
• Contribute to the management of risk within own field of expertise.
• Assess Mining risks and incorporate mitigating controls.
