This role oversees mining production, processing plant operations, operational planning, technical departments, workforce management, and operational compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution of mining activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for mining and mineral processing operations.
