Job Description
Be a part of The Village of Ridgeview Court as a full-time RAI Coordinator. This temporary position involves a commitment to delivering superior service to residents and collaborative support for staff.
As the RAI Coordinator RPN, you are responsible for enhancing resident care through your role as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). A current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, as well as CPR and MDS certifications, is required. Your contributions will help cultivate a respectful and compassionate community atmosphere within the care facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement resident-centered care practices
• Uphold RAI compliance and best practices
• Analyze resident data to inform care decisions
