**Job Description**
The Millwright / Maintenance Technician maintains and improves all plant machinery and equipment through troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This role works in a multi-skilled environment to reduce production disruptions, support the commissioning of new equipment, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations while collaborating closely with the Engineering team.
**Responsibilities**
Troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance on all plant machines and equipment.
Execute both planned and reactive maintenance work to minimize production downtime.
Commission new equipment and ensure it is installed, tested, and integrated safely and efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to improve reliability and extend asset life.
Operate within a multi-skilled environment to maintain plant machinery while continuously improving maintenance processes.
