As a Millwright reporting to the Shift Lead Hand, you will ensure operational efficiency through timely repairs and proactive problem-solving. Your role will include monitoring production line equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and communicating effectively with your team. You’ll contribute to the success of the pellet mill while performing necessary maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production line equipment consistently
• Follow safety and lockout procedures on the job
• Conduct visual inspections and necessary repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
