Job Description
Become a key player as an Industrial Millwright 433A at Smurfit Westrock in Mississauga. Drive machinery reliability through effective maintenance and troubleshooting initiatives.
As a licensed Millwright, you’ll enable the continuous operation of our packaging production equipment. Your challenges will include maintaining facilities, performing minor electrical repairs, and ensuring the implementation of safety protocols. Your strong analytical skills will aid in diagnosing problems effectively while working with a team-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve equipment and facility breakdowns
• Maintain routine lubrication and preventative checks
• Support equipment installation and design initiatives
• Source necessary repair parts from suppliers
• Assist in developing health and safety measures for the plant
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing with technical insights
• Proficient in electrical work is preferred
