Milling Machinist (1 Year Renewable Contract)

Purpose

Responsible for operating and maintaining 5-axis machining centers with multi-pallet systems to produce high quality parts efficiently and safely, while ensuring quality and accuracy of machined parts and supporting production efficiency. He/She is responsible for executing production programs, managing material flow, and performing routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production processes.

Key Area of Responsibilities

• Installing, aligning and securing cutting tools, fixtures and workpieces on the milling machine to prepare for machining process.
• Review computer-aided design, blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and dimensions of the product parts.
• Produce part and components according to drawing, specialization and instructions.
