Eleven Recruiting is searching for a Mill Operator to join one of our largest aerospace manufacturing clients sitting onsite in Freeland, Michigan. The Mill Operator will support the manufacturing of precision ball screw components in a high-tolerance production environment. This position requires advanced machining knowledge, CNC programming capability, and process development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing machining processes, programming complex parts, and planning operations that account for dimensional and configuration changes resulting from outside processing such as heat treat, coating, plating, and grinding operations.
