Job Description
Profession Hub is seeking a General Manager Designate to lead the manufacturing value chain at the Vereeniging site. You will drive safety, quality, cost, HR capability development and cultural change while supervising a multidisciplinary management team and overseeing the PM5 Value Stream and KPIs.
The role requires extensive senior management experience in paper manufacturing, lean or six-sigma exposure, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
