**Job Title: Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Operator to join our team for either the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM). The initial training will occur on the 1st shift for a period of 2-3 months. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in setting up and operating milling machines, particularly with TC-30 machines featuring Fagor controls.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate various CNC machines, including both mill and lathe machines.
+ Work in a job shop environment, handling large CNC machines.
+ Perform tooling changes and machine setups for each shift.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Maintain precision tolerances of +/- 0.001.
