Job Description
We are seeking skilled **MIG Welders / Fabricators** with strong fabrication experience to manufacture, assemble, and repair metal products. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, using welding/fabrication equipment, and producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Position:** MIG Welder / Fabricator
**Location:** Mansfield, OH
**May support Smithville, OH facility as needed**
**Pay:** $19-$24/hr, based on experience
**Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
**Standard Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
**Overtime Schedule When Needed:**
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Saturday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Candidates must be willing to work **8-hour, 10-hour, or occasional 12-hour shifts** and occasional Saturdays as needed.
