Job Description
Step into the vital role of Filling Operator with Baxter during the Midnight shift (Sunday to Thursday). This full-time position focuses on filling IV solutions while ensuring quality and safety.
At Baxter's Alliston facility, you will be responsible for the accurate filling and inspection of IV bags. Your work will contribute to producing essential life-sustaining products in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Key tasks include following quality standards, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visual inspections of IV bag assembly
• Fill IV solutions in various bag sizes
• Place filled bags into protective over-wrap
• Load bags onto sterilizer trays
• Perform quality checks throughout the filling process
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
