We are seeking an experienced System Support Analyst with 3-5+ years in middleware administration. You will be interacting with cutting-edge technologies and providing technical support across various platforms, including IBM MQ and Apache Tomcat. Your advanced troubleshooting skills will support complex clustered environments, CI/CD processes, and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support middleware technologies including WebSphere, JBoss, and IBM MQ
• Optimize architecture designs and configurations for performance
• Engage in troubleshooting and root cause analysis sessions
• Conduct deep log analysis for JVM, MQ, and HTTP logs
• Enhance monitoring through Dynatrace and Splunk
