Job Description
Responsibilities
Create, document, and review operational processes and procedures following ISO guidelines, ensuring standardization, traceability, and compliance with internal policies.
Map workflows across company departments, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
Develop and implement process automations using tools such as n8n, contributing to reduced rework, increased efficiency, and operational scalability.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational indicators, turning data into actionable insights and quickly reporting deviations to leadership.
Support continuous improvement projects by conducting analyses, proposing solutions, and collaborating on the structured implementation of changes.
Interact with different areas of the company (Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Success, HR, among others), acting as an operational liaison and facilitating communication and alignment between teams.
