Mid-level IT Infrastructure Analyst – Connectivity

Responsibilities

• Technical hands‑on work in routing, switching, and Wi‑Fi
• Manage connectivity assets and enforce information security baselines
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams on connectivity‑related matters
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards and technical updates of the IT physical infrastructure
• Monitor the infrastructure environment via the NOC
• Support IT team operations and daily routines
• Manage vendors and oversee procurement processes
• Map, propose and/or design processes and implement them efficiently
• Collaborate with Projects, Infrastructure, and Security teams using agile methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or related fields
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
• Intermediate English
