About the Role We're building a new AI Product Engineering team in Mexico and are looking for engineers who want to help shape the future of AI-powered software development. This is not a traditional software engineering role. We're looking for engineers who use AI as part of their daily development workflow—not only to generate code, but also to analyze business problems, create technical specifications, orchestrate AI tools, validate AI-generated code, and deliver production-ready software. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to transform business requirements into scalable AI-powered applications used by enterprise customers.
