What you'll do
Compliance reviews — Monthly & quarterly compliance checks for major publishers (Microsoft is essential).
Software optimization — Lead monthly stakeholder meetings to drive optimization.
Data analysis — Reconcile purchase data vs. discovery data; ensure accuracy and remediation.
Asset management operations — Maintain procurement, contracts, and inventory data.
Vendor research — Support purchasing and contracting decisions.
Tool stewardship — Maintain data quality in Flexera & ServiceNow.
End‑user support — Provide functional support and guidance.
Audit support — Experience with software audits is preferred.
Process improvement — Provide feedback to improve internal operations.
