What you'll do

• Compliance reviews — Monthly & quarterly compliance checks for major publishers (Microsoft is essential).
• Software optimization — Lead monthly stakeholder meetings to drive optimization.
• Data analysis — Reconcile purchase data vs. discovery data; ensure accuracy and remediation.
• Asset management operations — Maintain procurement, contracts, and inventory data.
• Vendor research — Support purchasing and contracting decisions.
• Tool stewardship — Maintain data quality in Flexera & ServiceNow.
• End‑user support — Provide functional support and guidance.
• Audit support — Experience with software audits is preferred.
• Process improvement — Provide feedback to improve internal operations.
