Job Description
Title: Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Functional Support
🕒 Shift Schedule: Day
🏢 Work Setup: Hybrid
📅 Office Requirement: 3x Times a week, may change with project requirement.
-5- 10 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Requirements:
Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 or 2018
Ability to analyze data issues and functional inconsistencies
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
Experience working in ITIL / AMS environments, ideally as L2/L3 application support Comfortable working with ticketing tools and SLA-driven operations
Clear and structured communication with business stakeholders
