Job Description
Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: Singapore (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Renewable) Contract
Key responsibilities- Identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to provide timely and quality data for analysis and enhancements
- Analyse the Authority's needs and document the requirements
- Plan, design and implement IT solutions to meet the analytical needs of identified opportunities
- Develop test plan and s for system testing, support user acceptance testing
- Work with the Authority's users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution
- Hands-on experience in CRM
- Ensure the smooth operations and service level of IT solutions
- Support production issues
- Apply AI coding tools such as Copilot and Coder AI to support development, testing, and code reviews.
