As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to manage, design, and troubleshoot their IT systems while also serving as an escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians. You'll need a strong background in Microsoft 365, networking, and client relations to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and on-site tech support for client systems
• Design and implement network and server solutions
• Monitor ticketing system for timely issue resolution
• Communicate incident progression and upcoming changes to clients
• Document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a managed IT services provider role
