As a Microsoft Copilot Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing essential L1/L2 support while managing ticket queues and service monitoring. Engage in training sessions and contribute to knowledge-base development to ensure a seamless operational experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 support for Copilot-related issues
• Manage and resolve support ticket queues promptly
• Monitor service health across Microsoft 365 platforms
• Conduct user assistance workshops and training sessions
• Develop knowledge-base content and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT operations or support
• Solid L1/L2 support and troubleshooting skills
