The Microparticle Immunoassay Technician plays a key role in the timely production of laboratory kits in compliance with Good Manufacturing Procedures and FDA requirements. This position focuses on supporting Athena laboratory operations initially, with progression to supporting Flash production, while ensuring the quality, consistency, and safety of all products and processes.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure the availability of all raw materials required for production, including chemicals, antigens, serums, and plasmas.
+ Follow laboratory procedures strictly and accurately in accordance with FDA and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
+ Complete all production and quality documentation accurately and keep records up to date.
+ Participate in cycle counts and review kit data to verify accuracy, quality, and consistency.
