Key Roles

Management of Industrial Engineering (IE) and Production planning and Logistics.

  • Performance management for team staff through KPI management 
  • Organization and talent development for IE and Planning and Logistics team and help other function teams.

    • Enhance IE and Planning and Logistics team capability by leading the following activities.

  • Keep accurate capacity model by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing team
  • Drive operational excellence based on good analysis and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing team
  • Keep stable production plan for mid and short term
  • Keep Delivery for internal/external customers
  • Ensure material preparation for stable and effective production
  • Manage receiving and shipping with import/export compliance
