**JOB TITLE:** Manager Outage
**DEPARTMENT:** Work Management
**LOCATION:** Burlington, KS
**PAY RANGE:** 16D - $124,500 -$207,500
**POSITION SUMMARY**
This position provides overall oversight of the refueling and forced outage preparation and implementation, develops and maintains the long-range refueling outage plan, develops departmental and outage budgets, and maintains applicable procedures.
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Provide oversight of the overall outage preparation and implementation for the station.
+ Develop, maintain, and report on the milestone schedule and associated performance indicators.
+ Assign High Impact Team leaders and members of the Outage Planning Group.
+ Assign the outage control center team including appropriate approval from station management.
+ Oversee the development and maintenance of the forced outage schedule for the station.
