The Manufacturing Engineering team is part of Lam Manufacturing Malaysia Operations, reporting into Global Operations. This function will partner with the other Operations team in Malaysia such as Manufacturing, Quality, Order Fulfilment, Logistics to deliver Operations Excellence, driving high quality, productivity and cost-effective performance in the safest environment.
The impact you’ll make
In this position, as part of Manufacturing Engineering team, you will lead the Fixtures team supporting Assembly and Test processes. Your team consists of Fixtures Engineers, Fixtures Maintenance Engineers and Fixtures Technicians. You will be accountable for Fixtures availability and maintenance records to support a 24x7 production.
