Lead the development and launch of new stamping tools and processes in the Philippines, collaborating with China MPDE and suppliers. Coordinate with local operations, global project teams, and develop both China and PH stamping suppliers to ensure on‑time project launches while meeting quality, cost, and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PH ICC MPDE team, including molding, stamping & Assy MPDE engineers.
• Working with the CHINA MPDE team to launch a new product in PH
• Coordinate with PH local operation team (Quality, PME, PJE) & Global project team (PDE, AQE, Procurement) to launch new product in PH
• Grow PH MPDE team size & engineering capability with support from the China MPDE team.
