Job Overview
We are hiring Meter Readers in your postcode. No experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Collect data from gas, electricity, and water meters at commercial and residential properties, using handheld devices.
- Enter meter data accurately throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service while on the same device and at each location.
- Carry out visual inspections of metering equipment.
- Perform charge point surveys.
Qualifications
- Manual UK driving licence, minimum 1 year, maximum 6 points, no dangerous driving offences (driving licence not required in some London areas).
- Physically fit: able to bend in tight spaces, lift, kneel, climb stairs, crouch, and walk 4–5 miles a day. Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Clear DBS check (no unspent convictions).
