Responsibilities
- Fabricate structural steel and custom components to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interpret complex blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings accurately.
- Perform fit-up, assembly, and welding of heavy structural and mechanical components.
- Maintain quality standards and inspect finished work against tolerances.
- Mentor junior fabricators and contribute to a strong shop floor culture.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines.
