Job Description
We're looking for a Meta & Google Ads Specialist who can do more than just run ads. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and generate measurable business growth through data-driven advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilties:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate high-quality leads, conversions, and revenue not just clicks
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets for maximum ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve campaign performance
