Job Description

We are seeking experienced Vehicle Strip Fitters / MET Technicians to join our client’s bodyshop team in Long Bennington. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring vehicles are stripped, repaired, and refitted to the highest standards, under the guidance of the bodyshop manager and supervisor.


The Role:

  • Accurately undertake the removal of vehicle parts (body parts, mechanical, electrical, and trim)

  • Removing damaged components in preparation for repairs.

  • Re-fitting components to restore the vehicle back to a manufacturer approved standard.

  • Assist other departments within the bodyshop as required.

    • Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter is essential.

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

  • Must have own tools.

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence (No more than 6 points for minor offences.)
