Overview
Messaging Services Senior Specialist applies a wide application of theories, concepts, and principles in identifying customer needs and managing and supporting systems. Provides steady state support to the email and collaboration infrastructure, handles on-call responsibilities, escalations, and maintenance activities. Expert in M365 services including Exchange Online, security and compliance within the M365 ecosystem, Power Platform administration, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
