Job Summary: The Mess attendant plays a vital role in supporting daily food service operations at the Mess Hall.
This position ensures cleanliness, efficiency, and high standards of hygiene while assisting in the perpetration, serving andmaintenance of dining facilities for personnel.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
A wide variety of manual tasks in kitchen or dining area of a foodactivity will be required, which involves light to moderate physical effort and is done according to establishedprocedures.
