Merchandiser

Join our growing FMCG team and help bring our products to life across retail outlets islandwide.

Job Highlights:

• Islandwide outlet coverage, with assigned locations planned where possible
• Hands‑on role with training provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily schedule provided by the supervisor.
• Ensure company products are neatly, correctly, and attractively displayed on shelves.
• Check stock levels, rotate products using FIFO, and remove expired or near‑expired items where required.
• Build good working relationships with outlet buyers, managers, and staff.
• Secure sales orders and support product promotions, new listings, price changes, and display plans.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product placement, and outlet display issues.
