Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing contract documents, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven experience in quantity surveying for MEPFS, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software is essential.
